TO THE IMMANUEL FAMILY;
I am delighted to be serving as your interim pastor. I look forward to our encounter each week. I agreed with the committee that I would preach for you on Sundays and teach the Bible on Wednesdays. In addition I will be meeting with the staff each Wednesday afternoon. I will also be making hospital calls on the people who come to Dallas for medical treatment.
My wife, Charlotte, will be coming with me some and I am always delighted to have her company. The Keenum’s have kindly loaned us their guest house to use when we are here. Several of you have graciously entertained us for meals.
If you have need of me for emergencies you may contact the church office. In case of funerals I would encourage you to contact Brother Randall since he knows and loves you. For weddings, I would encourage you to contact one of the staff members, although I would be available for either if some of the above mentioned are unavailable.
I look forward to getting to know you better and ask for your prayers as we labor together.
